What's Possible
Recently I was struck by the very real possibility that human suffering would soon be handled; that it is within the realm of possibility that poverty, oppression, violence, and misery are on their way out, and will leave behind a world in which people are fulfilled and empowered in their lives.
It was a tremendously inspiring moment, and also immediately made me ask: what's next? Once we've handled all of our machinery and breakdowns, what becomes possible for human beings?
